Guest guest
I suppose you have the answer by now. How did they turn out? I would have left them in until a knife inserted in the middle came out clean. Cassie Dixon wrote: > > > I just pulled them out of the oven and they are jiggly...? Should I > leave them in? I eventually went to bed and let them cool, but the exact center is still gooey. I am going to eat them, as I think they taste delish. I was making them for work, so I was disappointed in myself I also made the spicy date and apple cookies recently posted and topped them with a powdered sugar icing... The powdered sugarwas sooooo stale! ;( another bust- 2 in one night is such a downer Thanks, as I will try them again. Cassie " life's a garden, dig it! Guest guest
Cassie, you're not the only one! I had cookie problems last night, was going to take them to work today. Donna helped, though -- I'm going to try my cookies again tomorrow! It usually takes me at least twice to get a recipe " down. " I don't know if I'm the only one like that, but... I just have to plan ahead!! Audrey S.
