Hi Paul

Welcome :-)

> hi does anyone know where to get vegan hemp candles

I believe thay are available on www.veganstore.co.uk. I haven't been there in a while, but they used to do them. Failing that, if you're in the UK, it may be worth trying Something For The Wickend - they do just about any candle-age you can imagine!

Spinach, definitely, for iron. I LOVE raw spinach -- I prefer my salads to

be at least 1/2 baby spinach.

I LOVE my hemp milk.  My daughter asks for more and more every morning.  Most of

it spills down her shirt as she drinks it from her cereal bowl. LOL

I always forget about all the benefits it has.  My brand of hemp milk is Living

Harvest and I gt it at my local chain, Publix.

Donna,

Where do you buy your hemp seeds from. I did a search and have found the price

to be kinda high for shipping. I am in Alaska too. So, that adds a bit on for

the shipping.

Tiffany,

Try iherb.com. I just ordered a package from them. Their prices are

good and they don't require huge quantities that Amazon usually does

for such items.
