Don't assume everything you read on the Internet is a miracle cure. We aren't a medical or weight loss group and we don't pretend to be. Pay close attention to warning signs. A vegetarian/vegan diet is a lifestyle not a cure. You still have to count calories, you have to watch carbs if you have diabetes, etc. Most vegetarians and vegans eat a healthier diet but I know plenty who live on snacks, skip meals, consume soda or diet soda all day, etc. We are like everyone else.
