(can you believe that is one thing Whole Foods does not carry?) Last night I threw a cup of them (after soaking in boiling water with some McKay's Beef-style broth and seasoning - love that stuff!) into my favorite mushroom stroganoff. It was great! Audrey S. That McKay's really adds some great flavor to it doesn' t it. It's great in chili. Also good added to some alfredo sauce(prepared the way you did first) and served over cooked fettuccine noodles.
