You can cook anything in them that you would in a regular pot, but in about 1/3 - 1/2 the time. It seals in the flavor so well. Corn on the cob, is so delicious cooked in a pressure cooker and beans, wellllllllll.. what can I say. Yummmm and Happy Birthday. Your mom gave you a great gift. Steel oats are great in a PC 1 cup oats 4 cups water After it starts jiggling or steaming cook for 10 minutes, natural release.
