Guest guest
I've seen several raw recipes with eggplant, but they are all dehydrated. Two I can't wait to try: Raw Eggplant Lasagna (marinate the slices overnight before assembling), and " Crisps " (like potato chips). I just bought my mandoline slicer today, and my dehydrator should be here Monday. I'm too excited!! Sent from my iPhone
Guest guest
It is great seeing someone else here who shares a interest in the raw food lifestyle. My work week is usually really busy so I do not have much time for uncooking. Most of the stuff I make is with the food processor and requires less than 10 minutes prep. Ani Phyo, Kevin Gianni and The Raw Food World all have some great videos on youtube to introduce anyone to raw foods. At least those are top 3 favorites. Will always be a part of this group. My mission in life is to educate anyone who is interested in the vegetarian lifestyle. So far this year I have helped two people at work start the transition to the vegetarian lifestyle. As mentioned in a previous post never be pushy and the people I help always come to me I do not seek them out. , Michelle <amemahoney wrote: > > > I've seen several raw recipes with eggplant, but they are all dehydrated.
