Drain and mash with just enough of the milk to make fluffy and set aside. (Should be 2/3 cup of potatoes) In a heavy 3 quart saucepan heat chocolate pieces over very, very low heat until melted, stirring constantly. Rremove from heat and stir in potatoes, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir in powdered sugar. Stir half the peanuts into mixture. Turn mixture into a 9X9 baking pan. Press down evenly. Sprinkle with remaining peanuts, press them down lightly into candy. Cover and chill until firm. Guest guest
Found Snickerdoodles with added cardamom and Chocolate Kiss Peanut Blossoms in the Cookie File. Am resisting the urge to make them now. Are these your Grandma's? Didn't find any biscotti recipes in cookies or bars files. Where are they hiding :>) Diana --- On Tue, 1/6/09, thelilacflower <thelilacflower wrote: > thelilacflower <thelilacflower > Re: Steph Chocolate Tater Fudge > " Vegetarian Group " > Tuesday, January 6, 2009, 11:04 AM > Those are her snickerdoodle recipe and they are rolled in > sugar, cinnamom and cardamom. > The left are biscotti and the front are the peanut butter > chocolate kiss cookies. > Donna > Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry > > > diana scott <dianascot_33 > > Tue, 6 Jan 2009 07:30:05 > > Re: Steph Chocolate Tater > Fudge > > > Oh, these are from your mom's recipes - how special.
