Guest guest Posted April 4, 2009 Report Share Posted April 4, 2009 Creamy Lemon Tart Pudding 10 1/2 oz. package silken tofu 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp. arrowroot powder/cornstarch 1 cup fructose/sugar Blend together all the ingredients in a blender till smooth. Adjust sweetener to taste. Cook mixture on the stove top. Bring to a boil on low heat, stiring constantly till thickened.
