Guest guest Posted June 25, 2009 Report Share Posted June 25, 2009 Buttercream frosting 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine, softened 1 tsp vanilla 1 lb powdered sugar 3-4 tbps milk Use hand mixer, add sugar slowly, alternating with milk to get it to the consistency you want. For chocolate frosting, add 1/4-1/2 cup cocoa powder, depending on how chocolate-y you want it. Audrey S.
