Guest guest Posted June 11, 2009 Report Share Posted June 11, 2009 I am single as well. I usually bake the recipes as is, then I break it up into meals and freeze them. That give me quick freezer meals and a nice wide variety. That Glad Press-N-Seal works well to freeze an individual portion for non-soupy stuff.
