Guest guest Posted December 20, 2008 Report Share Posted December 20, 2008 Guess Again Carrots 2 lbs. carrots 2 tablespoons butter 1 medium onion grated 6 to 8 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper green pepper optional Pare, slice and boil carrots and mash well. Add butter, onion and cheese Place in buttered casserole. Top with crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 degrees. for 40 minutes until bubbling. Garnish with parsley. Makes 8 servings.
