Guest guest
I could not resist commenting on this one. I have always been a person that feels cold when others are warm. I am sure it is partially due to low blood pressure. However, I recently had live cell analysis done and found out that I have some food allergies. They told me that when I eat something that I am allergic to, my body puts all of its energy into dealing with the allergens and therefore, my body temperature drops. I had regular allergy testing years ago and it didn't show any of these allergies. Now that I know I am allergic to wheat, oats, peanuts, cheese and milk, I am not eating them and I am not as cold. I had already sort of figured this out and was not consuming much wheat and not eating any dairy, but this really confirmed it and explained it. So, if you have certain times when you are colder than others, pay close attention to what you ate just before feeling cold.
Guest guest
That's really interesting. Makes sense, as when a person has stomach pain and digestion issues, their body temperature often drops a little. Audrey S.
