My daughters are 6 and 9, and they have been telling me that they no longer want to eat meat. We have been eating very little of it already, but now we are trying to find vegetarian dishes and ease into being full time vegetarians. My 9 year old loves to cook, and I don't like it, so I'm hoping to find some easy dishes for us to make.
