Guest guest
Go to the recipe files, then click on substitutes and then in the not-cow folder and the not-chicken folder there are seitan recipes. Is it somewhere within another folder? I am testing several seitan recipes to see which we like the best, so I figured I'd see if anyone had posted anything. Thanks! Guest guest
Another name for seitan is gluten. Worthington choplets are sliced gluten patties. I used it in stir fry all the time. My recipe should be in there. Also just bread it in some Italian bread crumbs and brown in oil in a hot frying pan, on both side. so good.
