Go to the recipe files, then click on substitutes and then in the not-cow folder

and the not-chicken folder there are seitan recipes.

Just looked through the files, but didn't see any seitan recipes...

either how to make it or what to do with it. Is it somewhere within

another folder?

I am testing several seitan recipes to see which we like the best, so I

figured I'd see if anyone had posted anything.

Thanks!

Maureen

Another name for seitan is gluten. Worthington choplets are sliced gluten

patties. I used it in stir fry all the time. My recipe should be in there.

Also just bread it in some Italian bread crumbs and brown in oil in a hot frying

pan, on both side. so good.
