Guest guest Posted July 12, 2009 Report Share Posted July 12, 2009 Hummus 3 cups cooked chickpeas (garbanzo beans, revithia) ½ cup tahini ¼ cup water 1/3 cup lemon juice 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons cumin Red pepper to taste Mix all in blender or food processor until smooth.
