Guest guest Posted July 12, 2009 Report Share Posted July 12, 2009 Slim-Trim Vegetable Hors D'Oeuvre 2 cups cottage cheese ¼ cup milk 1 tomato, chopped ½ cup crumbled blue cheese 1 tablespoon chopped chives 1 teaspoon salt Additional crumbled blue cheese, chopped tomato and chives for garnish Assorted fresh vegetable dippers Combine cottage cheese and milk in food processor or blender container. Cover; process until smooth. Spoon into medium bowl. Stir in one tomato, chopped, ½ cup blue cheese, 1 tablespoon chopped chives and salt. Chill until serving time.
