Guest guest
Hi Angela.... You do realize that there are some foods that do not digest as well, and the nutrients are not as readily available to your body unless they are cooked before eating? A good balance is good for the human body, I think anyway. If you haven't already, I would suggest that you consult your personal doctor and a dietician before going totally with raw foods altogether. It would sure save you on electricity or gas though....lol. Nancy C. East Texas I LOVE raw food. I love vegetarian food. I love food. I transitioned into vegetarianism for my health and I can feel the difference. Some folks feel that there is no good food without meat. I have had good food with meat and good food without meat. I am transitioning into raw for my health. As I eat more raw I can feel the difference. And some folks may feel that there is no good food without heat. I have had good food with and without heat. I keep my raw very simple. But I have had some raw cuisine prepared by others that made me weep! YUM! I love food and my appreciation of all the flavors and textures has grown as I have opened myself up to exploring and experiencing new ideas and foods. Peace, anGELA
Guest guest
It's in the 90's here this week and I have not adjusted yet -- after going in and out of air conditioning all day (and getting a headache because of it) I have been eating raw fruit and vegetables, plus a piece of whole wheat bread with peanut butter for supper. Even if I felt like eating warm food, I don't think I could stand heating up my oven right now! Audrey S.
