Ingredients: Cheese (mozzarella), sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, bread, sweet chilli sauce Process: Step 1: thinly slice the mozzarella cheese and get 2 of the slices Step 2: In a microwave safe container put one cheese slice at the bottom, put sun-dried tomatoes & spinach on top of it and cover it with the second Step 3: Now put the container in the microwave and heat for 1minute (time may vary) Step 4: toast the bread Step 5: Put the melted cheese and other hot ingredients on top of the bread Step 6: Put little bit sweet chilli sauce on another bread and cover it with that Step 7: Cut this in 2 or 4 parts Step 8: serve hot as a tasty vegetarian sandwish Please let me know if you like this recipe.
