I use pink or white rose petals, they have the best

flavor. MAke sure they are clean organic rose poetals from your garden.

 

 

Cucumber, Radish and Rose Petal Sandwiches

 

2 medium sized cucumbers

4 radishes

8 thin sliced brown bread

Pink or White rose retals

mayonnaise or Vegenaise

Mrs Dash

 

Peel, half, seed and finely chop the cucumbers and

chop radishes. Place in a bowl add enough mayonnaise

to make it spreadable. Butter the slices of bread, and

for each sandwich spread on enough cucumber mixture to

cover lightly. Lay rose petals on top of mixture, top

with another piece of bread. Trim the crust if you

desire, vut sandwiches and serve. Makes 4 sandwiches.
