Guest guest Posted August 7, 2009 Report Share Posted August 7, 2009 Roasted Rutabaga and Carrots 10 ounces rutabaga, julienned 6 ounces carrots, julienned 2 teaspoons grated ginger 1 teaspoon olive oil salt and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread the above ingredients in a shallow baking dish. Roast uncovered 20 minutes.
