Hi Audrey,

Compared to what you get in the stores, the fresh-picked leaves are wonderful,

much-much more appetizing. Pick them in the late evening or early morning. Eat

some right away and refrigerate the rest. Never let them wilt before you cook

them. Even mustard greens stay crisp and light. (The kind I've seen in stores

are pitiful!)

 

No sense being jealous, ;) might as well be friendly instead!
