Guest guest Posted April 10, 2009 Report Share Posted April 10, 2009 Ricotta Dip For Summer Fruits 15 ounces ricotta cheese 2 tablespoons sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon Filling for cannoli, the classic Sicilian sweet pastry. This dip is delicious on fresh fruit such as melon spears, peach wedges, strawberries and grapes. Combine all ingredients in processor and puree until very smooth. Transfer to bowl.
