Guest guest
Yummy! It tastes great the first day and sometimes even better the second but that third day it's sooooo blah. Probably not so safe for us either to keep something after 3 days. So the thing to do is when you're in a cookin' mood, make a double or tripple recipe and freeze most of it. Make sure you freeze it in the right proportions for your needs. I love beans but can get tired of them real quick, so on the second day they are great mashed and re-fried for Tacos, sandwiches , dips, etc. Just get in a habit of fixing *more* and freezing it . Mark your container with the date and you'll have a nice treat waiting in the freezer when you get a craving for chili , soup, etc. And while you're making that delicious meal remember to *Make* a rewarding , peaceful day Sending smiles and hugs your way Deanna in Colorado
