Guest guest Posted March 10, 2009 Report Share Posted March 10, 2009 Lemon Mustard Vinaigrette zest of 1 lemon and juice of 2 large lemons 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 cup chopped fresh tarragon 1 tablespoon capers 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Combine all ingredients in bowl.
