I just got approved to join your group and am so looking forward to meeting

I've been a vegetarian for over two years and never learned how to cook any of

the great recipes out there.  So I'll be having fun trying all the dishes you

Hello everyone,

 

Thank you for accepting me to your group! For the past 20 years, I

have intermittantly explored becoming a vegetarian. Vegetarianism

interests for many reasons, and having never succeeded in making the

commitment, thought I would join your group. The good news is that I

love legumes, but my hope is that I will lose my fear of tofu and TVP,

and maybe give Quorn a chance.

I look forward to learning and contributing.
