Guest guest Posted January 10, 2009 Report Share Posted January 10, 2009 I made this recipe today, and it was very good!! -MaryCarol Avocado Salsa: 1 can white corn 1 red pepper, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 5 cloves chopped garlic 1/4 c. oil 1/4 c. lemon juice 2 T. white wine or cider vinegar 1 t. oregano 1/2 t. each of salt & pepper 3 medium avocados, chopped Mix all the ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips.
