My last physical was the worst ever and most of the bad things could be helped by not eating a lot of meat, cheese and other things that seem to come from animals. Nothing to do with losing weight but of course if I could drop 15-20 lbs that would be nice. :> I know nothing but have been trying the Boca and Morning Star Farms frozen foods, which I do like. I have their vegetarian products like burgers, bacon, veg cheese, sausage, chicken nuggets, etc...That is about the limit of my knowledge. I am here to look around and see what this is all about and how this lifestyle change can help me. Right now about 80% of what I eat is the above frozen stuff and fruits and vegetables.
