Guest guest
My preference is to boil them in water with just a little oil and salt. I simmer them covered for about 20 minutes. They are also good added to veggie soup. You can boil them with a can of diced tomatoes and minced garlic or stewed tomatoes for another nice flavor. Add salt to taste.
