I'm sure you'll do fine! Just take it slow. Most things I make, I have to

make 2-3 times before I get the recipe " down. "

I started out thinking I would use the whole package of tempah, but then

I thought...maybe that's why I mess up every recipe. So, although I

steamed the whole package, I only crumbled one.
