Guest guest
The only difference between a white shelled egg and a brown or blue, pink, or green shelled egg is the color of the shell. In the 80's there was a lot of hype about how blue and green shelled eggs had less cholesterol but that has been disprove. If your hens are fed a diet high in Omega 3's, the eggs produced will be slightly higher in Omega 3's but if you are feeding only that feed, then the chickens cannot be on free-range but are caged so that they can ONLY eat that particular feed.
