It's hard to quit until you are ready. I quit bunches of times and went back,

once even after 3 years of not smoking. This time it's been over 12 years and I

can't think when's the last time I had a craving. DH still smokes but tries to

quit occasionally - more to make me happy I think and, of course, it doesn't

work for him because he's not really ready.

 

When you are ready it will happen. Don't get down on yourself. Like you say

you are very healthy in all other areas and that's a blessing :)

 

Me I should drink less and stop being such a chip-a-tarian lol
