Guest guest
It's hard to quit until you are ready. I quit bunches of times and went back, once even after 3 years of not smoking. This time it's been over 12 years and I can't think when's the last time I had a craving. DH still smokes but tries to quit occasionally - more to make me happy I think and, of course, it doesn't work for him because he's not really ready. When you are ready it will happen. Don't get down on yourself. Like you say you are very healthy in all other areas and that's a blessing Me I should drink less and stop being such a chip-a-tarian lol Peace, Diane , TendrMoon wrote: > > I think people tend to equate vegetarianism with a healthy lifestyle which can be very far from the truth. Â We all know of vegetarians who have several so called vices, live on junk food and are quite overweight. Â I still smoke (hiss, boo), drink sparingly, if at all, but my diet is a healthy one. Â My weight has been stable for many years and my numbers are good. Â > > >
