Maybe over rice, > with favorite veggies on the side or as part of a casserole etc > etc...... I slice mine into little cubes and flash boil (in barely enough water to cover; so then the water becomes watery sauce).. The tempeh should smell good as soon as you open the pkg (and not have too much of the grey black areas).. Then I pour water and tempeh into bowl.. let cool a few minutes (so the hot tempeh doesnt cook the olive oil/ lime I add later).. Eat like this or add: salt, pepper, vinegar, lemon or lime, oil, cilantro, roasted garlic (all optional / to taste).. bobbler
Guest guest
Thanks! I loved tempeh the first time I ever had it from a (no longer in business) small health food/organic/natural store that had a lunch special every day, $5 sampler of any 3 of their offerings, ALL yummy! I had never seen it before. Jann LUIC <bobbler wrote: > I slice mine into little cubes and flash boil (in barely enough water to cover; so then the water becomes watery sauce)..
