ARGH you evil meanies! I love Indian food but my stupid gut won't handle it

anymore...maybe the turnoverish things with peas, hmmm, maybe I could handle

that.

 

Think I'm going to cook some dal tomorrow and make some rice with a teeeeny bit

of curry powder.  I really should have eaten dinner tonight!

 

But one good thing, I can make chapatis. Muahahahah!! ! Love you guys, Jeanne in

PS: PLEASE, does anyone have my favorite recipe of hummus made with sweet

potatoes and garbanzo beans? It is one of the many files lost when one of my

hard drives died.

Not a Hummus Recipe

 

I was traveling last week and saw a Trader Joe's

They have a Edamame Hummus that is delicious

If you can not eat soy than this will not work for you.

 

 

I made wrap with it.

 

Used a whole grain tortilla

Spinach,Romaine, Pea Shoots

Yellow Hot Peppers and topped it off with

Annie's Organic Horseradish Mustard

 

Perfect was one of the best wraps I made in a while

 

Now it will be a long time before I see another Trader Joe's

None close to where I live.
