We are a family of 7 (there are 5 of us in the country at the moment) and we are all vegetarians. (Some more committed than others). I can assure you that you will never get bored with vegetarian eating! The variety is endless and the flavors are wonderful! Just when you think you have done it all, someone will post something that sends you on a new culinary adventure. The recipe files are an endless treasure box of ideas, flavor combinations and ingredients. I have yet to complete one whole folder because we will find a recipe that becomes a family favorite or a jumping off point for so many different ideas that by the time we get back to the folder weeks, even months have passed.
