Guest guest
Thanks......hardest work I EVER did.....I was pooped every night and my kids ended up eating what I cooked at the restaurant most of the time because I was too tired to cook at night. Luckily that ended up being a side perk for my working there. I hated my ex husband for forcing me and the kids into that situation though......long story. It was interesting and all of the accolades I received for cooking was nice and it was an interesting year and a half. Met lots of nice people, made some good friends AND my " new " husband found me there! And what is tha told saying about " Necessity being the mother of invention. " ......it sure can be! Nancy C. Loved reading your story about the situations you'd get into as kitchen manager and head chef. Sounds like those petit fours were the hit of the party -- how creative! Thanks for sharing. Audrey S.
