Thanks......hardest work I EVER did.....I was pooped every night and my kids

ended up eating what I cooked at the restaurant most of the time because I was

too tired to cook at night. Luckily that ended up being a side perk for my

working

there. I hated my ex husband for forcing me and the kids

into that situation though......long story. It was interesting and all of

the

accolades I received for cooking was nice and it was an interesting year and

a half. Met lots of nice people, made some good friends AND my " new " husband

found me there! And what is tha told saying about " Necessity being the

mother

of invention. " ......it sure can be!

Loved reading your story about the situations you'd get into as kitchen

manager and head chef. Sounds like those petit fours were the hit of the
