I'm telling you we used to fight like crazy. I don't know if other sisters

fought like we did. I think is was a case of 2 very strong personalities

clashing.

I used to come out of the fights with battle wounds from my lil sis's long

finger nails. I pulled her long hair (mine has always been pretty short) and

she pinched and scratched.

I hear ya on strong personalities! Our middle names are Marie, but we both

shouldhave been called Stubborn or Always Right! LOL

My sister and I fought terribly, too -- we blame it on my dad, who had us

play-punching each other as toddlers. We're only 18 months apart, I think

that makes it worse. We did hair-pulling, punching, kicking, throwing phone

books, etc. It was pretty bad. In between the fighting, we were pretty good

friends. It still just depends on what day it is, whether we get along or

not! No more physical fighting (thank God, she's bigger than me!) -- just

snippy comments.

Donna,

I think it is very normal for sisters to fight...at least in my experience.

My sis and I fought like crazy when we were growing up, and sometimes I mean

knock down, drag out fist fights. She moved out to Montana when I was 15

and she was 18.

Now we get along great and miss each other like crazy.
