Jerry are these sprouted? I'd this a bag of dried beans? Tell me a bit more.

If you bought them sprouted in the refrigerated section them they are sprouted

black beans.

black beans with green kernels

Hi,

I bought a bag of black beans at an Asian market and when I got home I

noticed that it was black beans with green kernels. I googled it but

got no useful information. Does anyone know what black beans with

green kernels are? Can I use it like ordinary black beans and cook

them the same way?

Thanks for your help and Happy New Year.

If they are dried and large than a black bean, that's what they are. Black soy

beans. I had some from Eden Farms last year.

Hi Donna,

Happy New Year!

It was a bag of dry beans. They were not sprouted. Someone I

talked to suggested that they are black soybeans.
