I am also 37 and am expecting my first baby in about 3 weeks. My hubby is also veggie, since we have been together he has never eaten so many pulses....he does protest at times, but i just remind him of the benefits..hee hee. Quorn is really great isnt it, you can make anything out of that....world food travels! I was a bit of a tofu disliker until I tried the weighted method to get out all the excess water and now i really enjoy it, and have experimented with it further. I make a mean aduki bean hotpot! If you want the recipe let me know. My name is Claire, I live in the UK and am a WAHM aged 37. I have been a vegetarian since aged 14. My husband and children are vegetarian too. My kids are picky eaters and I am struggling with ideas of what to feed them with. I use a lot of Quorn and soya protein in my cooking but need to incorporate more pulses & beans - we all hate tofu though. Claire
