Patty Pan aka summer squash Squash

 

 

 

 

 

I grate and use in bread in place of zucchini, I slice bread and fry, I

steam it, and I grate along with a potato, add one egg white and onions,

seasoning and breadcrumbs and make a delicious patty.

They are good with mustard, or ketchup, applesauce, mayo, salsa or horseradish. 

I haven't tried gravy
