Guest guest
I just tried Yves' Good Dogs and they weren't bad. ?Better than most I've tried. ?My only gripe with non meat hot dogs is that a) the texture is usually horrible (not so with the Good Dogs) and b) they're just not seasoned enough for me...kind of blah tasting. Guest guest
We really enjoy the Worthington/Loma Linda Hot dogs, they have the Linketts, Vega-Links and (highly seasoned) Big Franks. All have their own unique flavor and are very good. You can find them on Amazon, at most Health Food Stores and in Adventist Book Centers(www.adventistbookcenter.com ), which have a wonderful health food store in them and have worldwide locations. Guest guest
We got a package of smart dogs and they aren't too bad. My hubby likes them and eats them cold. No clue what they taste like hot. Guest guest
I don't do hot dogs (even veggie ones), but my daughter loves the " Worthington Leanies " . She calls them Leanie Wienies. ¸.·´ .·´¨¨)) ((¸¸.·´ .·´ -:¦:- Terri -:¦:- ((¸¸.·´ Genesis 2:15 The Lord God then took the man and settled him in the garden of Eden, to cultivate and care for it. Guest guest
That is weird. I just bought some yesterday in my area (Myrtle Beach, SC). Guest guest
My local grocery store has taken the " Chik'n " strips out of the Morningstar section. Now I have to go to the next town up to get them. Very annoying. At 09:28 PM 7/9/2009, Nikita wrote: That is weird. I just bought some yesterday in my area (Myrtle Beach, SC). ---------- MSF Hotdogs? Guest guest
They keep adding new items but why remove the items we love to eat. I'm lucky I have many places close by to shop in but I know most members don't. Donna Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry Mike Christie <mike Fri, 10 Jul 2009 14:09:33 Re: Re: MSF Hotdogs? Guest guest
Used to have that luxury until we bought our house in the 'burbs. Not having the option to go decide whether to go to Safeway or Lucky or Whole Foods or Trader Joe's at the drop of a hat is one of the few disadvantages of being where we are. Guest guest
As long as they keep the corn dogs! My grocery store was out of the corn dogs last night, makes me a little worried now. I like to have some of those corn dogs in the freezer -- at $1 apiece, they're not frequent treats, but one (or two) corn dogs with a little spicy mustard can really erase a bad day at work! I think somebody else recently mentioned the MSF " steak " strips -- who didn't like them. I wish I had listened, I didn't care for them either. The texture was kind of like a fatty piece of meat, ick. Audrey S.
