I have not enjoyed bbq's much since going vegetarian because they food cooked on

the grill just doesnt seem to have that yummy bbq'd flavor. Last Friday evening

I decided we were going to have grilled veggie sandwiches. I sliced up some

zucchini, yellow squash, onions, red peppers and mushrooms and put them into a

container where I added, dijon mustard, bbq sauce, olive oil, chik n seasoning,

and a little cajun seasoning and tossed it all together to coat then i let it

set while the grill got hot. I cooked it on the grill on foil and poked holes so

the juices could run down onto the hot coals. Wow was it ever good. This is

definitely going to become a summer staple for us to grill. I put them on some

fancy bread I bought at the store, I put vegenaise and a little dill weed on the

bread first and it was so good.
