It was payment for some work that I did for one of my elderly neighbors so I had to take them, but I have no idea what to do with them. They are very soft bodied and small but very tasty. Any ideas on preserving them or favorite ways to enjoy them? I've been handing off quart bags of them today and it doesn't look like I have made a dent.
