Guest guest Posted June 14, 2009 Report Share Posted June 14, 2009 packet puffed pastry dough Dijon mustard, to taste Vegan sausages or Sosmix • Roll out a packet of puffed pastry dough (like JusRol) to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut into rectangles and spread each with Dijon mustard. • Wrap the pastry rectangles around vegan sausages (or sausages made of Sosmix and water) and bake at 425°F/220°C/Gas Mark 7 for 10 minutes, then cut each into several pieces.  You can easily judge the character of a man by how he treats those who can do nothing for him. -James D.
