I was excited to find a group dedicated to healthy living without all the politics. I generally eat very well but try not to label myself as vegan, vegetarian or anything else. I generally don't eat too many animal foods because not only do I believe that it's not healthy to over-indulge in these foods, but also I find it interferes with weight management.
