Guest guest Posted May 11, 2009 Report Share Posted May 11, 2009 I've used that method - for awhile it was all I made - and I never had a single failure. It makes wonderful bread. Perfect everytime. You are limited though because you can't make those hearty whole wheat breads which I began to miss. For those, the bread machine does a wonderful job of kneading, and it's cheaper than a mixer that will do the same.
