You'll find a recipe on that web site, too. I make the sourdough bread from his recipe all the time. It's very good bread. Once you've made a loaf of sour bread, you can google " sourdough recipes " and find hundreds of ways to use your starter. Here's a link to literally hundreds of recipes you can download to a file of your own. If you can't manage zip files, just open the text file and save it.
