You will enjoy looking through the folders. It is normal for some new vegetarians to have cravings. It's a change, just like giving up cigarettes. Use some of the alternative products out there. My younger nephew really enjoyed the frozen riblets with grilled onions in a large roll or with mashed potatoes, look for them in the v eg burger area of the frozen food section. Hang in there, you can do it. We will help you. Guest guest
Just remember if you fall off the vegetable wagon, don't beat yourself up. It happens as it does with cigarettes, alcohol, weightloss diets, etc. Just start all over again with your very next meal. You will get it right. Do you cook? We hav e some very easy delicious recipes in the file. Try one of the chili recipes, the leftovers are good in burritos or on baked potatoes.
