Guest guest
well I guess you could take your gelatin cap at lunch with your 50% vegetarian hamburger. I don't know if the powers that be think we are stupid, or if they are somewhat ignorant, or maybe they're just trying to cover all the bases. In a message dated 1/30/2009 11:19:39 P.M. They didn't have my regular brand of omega-3 gummies in the store so I thought I'd look again at the other brands (hard to find a veg. version). So, I find this one that says " 100% vegetarian source " and I think great. I double check the ingredients. Sure, the omega-3 is from a vegetarian source but the capusle has gelatin. Honestly, if you are going to eat a gelatin cap do you really care about the source of the omega? Paula (now out of omega-3 gummies for the boys so they are getting even more hemp and flax and walnuts...not so bad) .. **************A Good Credit Score is 700 or Above.
