They didn't have my regular brand of omega-3 gummies in the store so I thought I'd look again at the other brands (hard to find a veg. version). So, I find this one that says " 100% vegetarian source " and I think great. I double check the ingredients. Sure, the omega-3 is from a vegetarian source but the capusle has gelatin. Honestly, if you are going to eat a gelatin cap do you really care about the source of the omega?
