Guest guest Posted January 30, 2009 Report Share Posted January 30, 2009 No-Bake Peach Pie 1 deep dish pie crust, store-bought is ok 3 ounds fresh peaches -- (3 to 4) or nectarines peeled and sliced 2 tablespoons raw sugar 1 cup water 16 ounces cream cheese 4 tablespoons milk 1/2 teaspoon almond extract 4 tablespoons sugar Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake pie crust until golden brown. Set aside. In saucepan add peaches, sugar and water. Cook about 6 minutes. Set aside. In medium bowl combine cream cheese, milk, almond extract and additional sugar. Mix together until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture into pie crust and top with peaches. Chill and serve.
